SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

We offer your choice of carrier, USPS or UPS at checkout. You will quickly see the cost comparison to make an informed choice. In stock orders will ship within 72 hours (excluding weekend)s, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. We do see in some instances carriers exceeding this window for delivery. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when you order and your tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped. To track your shipment, simply place the tracking number in the search window of your internet provider (Google) and click enter.

We currently do not ship outside the 50 United States including APO and FPO.

If you are not happy with your purchase upon arrival, we will accept a return within 14 days of delivery of the product. Your order number you receive in your order confirmation is our link to you and the shipment in question. Please have this number available for all correspondence pertaining to your order. Email help@manualww.com with your order number and desire to return the item. Upon receiving your request, a return authorization number will be provided. Please write this number on the outside of the carton. Allow 7-10 days to process your return. All refunds, less the initial shipping charges, will be processed back to the original credit card charged.

We take great pride in the quality of our products. On rare occasions, you might receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact help@manualww.com with your order number, for full credit or replacement at no charge. In order to service our customers better in the future, we ask for a photo of the damage to accompany the request.
